The Diploma in Audio Technology is ASE’s flagship qualification which gives students a deep, hands-on education in the principles, practices, and technologies behind modern music and sound production.

The Higher Certificate in Audio Technology is a qualification for aspiring audio professionals who want to gain core technical skills, studio confidence, and industry-relevant knowledge—fast.

 

Whether you are a school leaver, aspiring audio engineer or media professional looking to formalise your skills, this programme equips you with practical training.

Additional Requirements

Though it is not essential to have your own computer, since all exercises, homework, and projects can be done on campus, using our computers, a Windows or Apple computer with at least 8GB of RAM is highly recommended. Please read our FAQ section for advice on computer specifications.

A Pro Tools license is required and a one-year license will be provided at the hugely discounted price of RXXX.
