Golden Ear is a highly practical ear training course that prepares the learner to identify various sounds in many forms.
A learner is introduced to and is asked to identify the following by ear:
Waveforms at various frequencies,
Musical intervals and chords.
Various musical genres,
Contemporary, ethnic and classical musical instruments,
Time signatures,
Song structure,
Rhythmical patterns.
In general a learner who has successfully completed this course will be able to work more efficiently in their chosen industry, having gained invaluable listening skills and techniques.
